The winning ticket has been pulled in the Special Olympics Dream Home Raffle and it belongs to Jessica True of Shelbyville. More than 1,400 tickets were sold during the three months of the Dream Home Raffle (1,443 to be exact), so Jessica has won $72, 150, easily the largest prize in Special Olympics Kentucky raffle history!
In addition, of course, the Dream Home Raffle also raised $72,150 to support Special Olympics athletes throughout the state.
