She also served in that capacity for the 2003 World Summer Games in Dublin, Ireland. Julie was also the head Equestrian coach for the Kentucky delegations that competed at the 1999 World Summer Games in Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill, N.C. and the 1995 Games in New Haven, Conn.
