Now is the time to start making plans for your team to participate in the 2007 Lexington Plane Pull and the 2007 UPS Plane Pull presented by ResCare in Louisville. There is still plenty of time to get your team of 20 together to see how fast you can pull a Boeing 727 12 feet, all while having a great time and raising money for Special Olympics.
The Lexington event will be held on Saturday, August 18 atthe Aviation Museum of Kentucky. The Louisville Plane Pull will be September 29 at Atlantic Aviation at the Louisville Airport.

2006 was particularly good year for the Plane Pull event as it added a new location in 2006. The events — now in both Louisville and Lexington — raised nearly $160,000 together and in Louisville the Plane Pull topped $1,000,000 in all-time funds raised in its 11-year history, while in its first year as a Plane Pull (fire trucks were used in 2005) the lexington event raised just short of $25,000.
